A lot of young people are out there begging for money and opportunities from Egbons.

The truth is this; your Egbon is also hustling for his own daily bread. Your Egbon also needs help, your Egbon may be suffering even more than you are.

Sometimes we spend too much time trying to seek for helpers instead of going after that low hanging fruit. We’re preoccupied by that huge grant that is coming, that big job, that one time miracle. I am also guilty of this.

There’s nothing wrong with those things. However we tend totally ignore what God has already provided for us when we begin to rely on “help” from people.

David started the job of slaying Goliath with his own amateur catapult, then he finished the job with Goliath’s own professional sword.

To get ahead, you must begin with whatever you can find at your disposal. As you journey on that difficult path, you will become more formidable and earn more credibility.
