All you need to know about "The August Rain"

Hip Hop in Nigeria is slowing coming back to life especially in the underground scene with different platforms making sure that the art remains relevant. This is a special shout out to creatives like HIP HOP EVENT, BATTLE RAP NAIJA, OZONE FREESTYLES, RHYME AND REASON, HIP HOP AFRICA, BAARZTV etc.

Hip Hop Head has decided to start a monthly project of uniting the underground with the goal of building the community, getting more fans and connections, taking a step closer to the mainstream market by collecting the best Hip Hop artists in the land and promoting them far and wide for the growth of the art.

How can you join?

Send an e-mail to hiphopheadng@gmail.com with subject "August Rain" and show your interest and submit your music.

We are targeting a total between 15-20 tracks every month in which 5 of them will be from "top acts in the game".

If you are selected you will be sent an e-mail with details on what's next.

Submissions starts now! And ends on the first friday of next month with the project to drop on the second friday of the month.
