Who is Gotheeq and why is he a force to be reckoned with in Nigerian Hip Hop

He goes by the name Stephen Auta known with the stage name Gotheeq tha Sykik (Psychic), he was born at AMUWO ODOFIN local government area of Lagos state but he's a firm representative of Kaduna State.

Gotheeq started of as a freestyler and a battle emcee before eventually becoming a recording artist.

He was the winner of the first ever freestyle battle rap competition hosted by hip-hop klinic in AMUWO ODOFIN at Festac town. It featured 32 rappers and one of the judges was a featured artist on DJ Jimmy Jats mixtape by name Street desciple.

He is a founding member of KWAT Movement with Vzar and Cza tha Griot.

Also a founding member of GAIM (Good And Intelligent Music) with DIA.

Gotheeq has dropped two EP's, a collaborative mixtape and has done a couple of features.

His first Ep was titled "The FLOWENCY EP" which was released 2014

Then the released a collaborative mixtape with fellow emcees Roth B the Maverick and NazSkillz titled "The Mastamindz Mixtape" to high acclaim in 2020.

A Cup of TEA(The Exact Aim) which was his 2nd EP was released in (2022).

Presently, Gotheeq is planning to drop two more EP's before the year runs out, also he is starting a Hip-hop event (strictly Hip Hop) titled Tha C.O.R.E (Circle Of Real Emceez) which will begin in March which will be a yearly event for the culture.
